Faced with a weekend of hard labor, we started Friday night off right with a grilled pizza. Hubs used the two-hour dough recipe from My Bread (aka the single best cookbook investment we've ever made).
We kept it simple with tomatoes, olive oil, spring garlic (from the Homestead CSA), provel cheese (and mozzarella when we ran out of provel slices - you knew we weren't about to go easy on the cheese!) and topped the finished product with arugula and baby spinach.
It was our first grilled pizza and even though we were nervous at first (it looked really thin when he put it on the grill), we'll definitely do this again.
