FGTs FTW

Fried green tomatoes for the win, y'all!

Our brandywine tomatoes are gorgeous this year. We slice 'em.


Bread them with an egg wash and panko and fry 'em up in a pan.

When they are good and crisp, we plop on some thick mozzerella.
Add a little smoked paprika.

And die of happiness.
